Sooo a fourth liner and a B prospect and a late first for our top scorer, and a top 4 defender.

And we retain half on each player? Christ man

Petry alone gets more than the picks.

this is THE WORST TRADE IN THE HISTORY OF EVERYTHING unless MTL was run by a Barn Owl will get rejected every single day of every single year ever

Without the harshness... I think the cost will be much higher for either of those two or would get you Tatar only. Agreed that Those two would fit well in Nashville but when considering what those two are worth to the habs I think you need to start with your best prospect, and a first rounder to get some short attention and then add (probably a lot) to entice Bergevin to risk another year without playoff. Good fit for Nashville but it would have to be almost surrealistic to make enough sense for Mtl.

Would MTL do it if Tolvanen was added to the trade?
