Description
Fire Botts and Ralph

Hire Gallant as coach unless you can't then look for someone young and new and willing to trust new techniques rather than ancient tactics that have been shown not to work anymore.

Like the idea of looking at Tulsky out of Carolina for GM. Somebody is more in touch with analytics. Again look for young. Experience doesn't mean they're good

Also fire the scouting and assistant coaches. Special teams are abysmal and so has drafting

Idk if we're much more competitive with this team and you just about traded all of our promising prospects. Still need a 2C.

They need a shut down D to be paired with Reilly, not a slightly better Cody Ceci

There's definitely more to be given but unsure what's to be added. And Min is tough to gauge. They traded for Galchenyuk

These trades are awful...and Erik Portillo is going to college next year, he won't be anywhere close to ready to sign an NHL contract.

And nobody is taking on Okposo without Buffalo attaching their first round pick.

WAY too much for Georgiev and Brodin, that completely decimates Buffalo's prospect pipeline for a backup goalie and a defenseman no better than Montour.

If you paid attention they only are taking half of okposos contract. Much like the leafs did on the lehner trade.

Brodin is an actual shut down defender. Unlike anyone on this roster. When most of our defenseman are offensive based the addition of Brodin would be beneficial

Georgiev has been doing well with shared time.

    And what pipeline?

It's Cozens and that's about it.

So instead of trying to acquire a 2C you want to mess with a successful 1st line and experiment with Reino. Sam has already said he prefers wing over center. Don't screw with the good chemistry him and Jack have.

Instead you gut the organization of prospects and picks for nothing that moves the needle. And all that for a goalie in an over saturated goalie market. Lehner trade 2.0

    Bravo Tim Murray!

You realize the odds of the prospects drafted reaching the NHL is slim to none? Sell high.

Mekar is bottom 6 at best, Samuelson has been less than stellar.

Lehner was good? So idk what you're so butt hurt about?

And if the goalie market is so oversaturated why are the Sabres stuck with Hutton?

I think Jack would prefer winning as opposed to being buddy buddy. This might not make them win but you're increasing your odds of success. The odds a team is willing to part with a 2C is rare. Trocheck was the chance but they didn't get him. Being scared of change is what causes complacency

Wild trade doesn't make sense for them. Montour doesn't fit anywhere. Thompson hasn't done much, loses his waivers exemption next season, and has been injured this year. Davidsson is interesting at least, but a bottom-6C is what he'll likely end up being.

I'd want Samuelsson from BUF's prospect pool.
