if it were up to me, I’m not touching Alex Newhook for another full year. He’s having a great second half of his season, but there’s no need to rush him into pro hockey. Let him dominate college hockey, go to the WJCs, and be a student. Then bring him out after next season when he should be ready to jump right into the NHL.

This is the 21-22 season - exactly as you've described here if I'm reading it right.

This is great and all, but doesn't it kind of screw us when it comes to Mackinnon's next deal? He's gonna make a solid $15 mil, easy, so there goes your Hall deal...

I'm also betting Bura gets 5 x $5.5 and big Z will be selected by Seattle if he's not traded beforehand.

a little light on Bura, too long on Nichushkin. Avs wont retain both Graves and Zads, one is gone, as Foppa said someone will be gone in the seattle draft.

I do not see Hall being a target at all, hes not needed IMO. The forward upgrade will be done by moving one of Graves or Zads out, and my spidey sense is tingling its going to be for a targeted cost controlled top 6 winger that fits their long term cap plans to ensure that Mack is re-upped as his mega deal price
