Detroit has no use for Trouba, they are rebuilding and are pretty well set on the right side between Zadina and Seider who are both top 10 in drafted prospects atm.

Both Calgary and New York decline. Flames aren't downgrading their young D-core for a middle 6 winger that doesn't even shoot right and Rangers arent trading a 1st and a solid player for more defense with Miller and others on the way.

Chicago doesn't really need Georgiev as they are pretty set in goal but they probably accept that.

Dallas won't have the cap space to sign Strome this summer

I don't get why you would pay Haula and then trade Strome? Strome is a better player. I have to imagine New York's time of trading everything not nailed down for draft picks is almost over no? Once they clear next seasons cap issues they should be well positioned to contend, these moves don't seem to support that.

I think you're stuck with Trouba, might as well try to find him a partner he can succeed with.

Zadina is a wing, not defense

i get that detroit is the worst team in the league and that plus minus isn't the best stat to go by, but he's -34.. i'm not saying he doesn't have upside, just saying there are some red flags.. personally I would prefer a LHD anyway
