CBJ declines. Need offense, not defense

Why in hell would buffalo ever trade risto. Cmon guys you look at the team hes shown some of the biggest improvement from last year to this year.
Last Year
GP78 G5 A38 P43 -41 PIM38
This Year
GP65 G5 A26 P31 1 PIM42

Hes changed how he plays defensivly so much and plays way better than he ever has. Especially consider you trade a 4th to, I wouldnt trade a 4th for Nash and I wouldnt trade Risto for a Mid 1st rounder right now so why would I trade him for Andersson, espacially after the defensive improvement hes had this year. I wouldn't trade risto at all, I would consider getting a new group of coaches for special teams though as that is Buffalo's biggest weakness

Exactly... it’s not that Columbus declines, it’s that buffalo wouldn’t even offer that trade let alone accept it if it was a counter offer.

The fact that you are backing your opinion with +/- as one of your arguments shows how little you actually know lol

Never mind the fact that they were working on a trade at the deadline involving Risto for Anderson.

And I have watched about 90%. Is he playing better? Yes. Does that make him untouchable? Absolutely not. There is plenty of organizational depth down the right side of the defense, they should not hesitate to move him for top 6 help.

Also continue to ignore the fact that there are plenty of reports that he is on the block and has been apart of a lot of trade talks.

I wouldn't move any of the sabres RD right now however if I had to choose an order to move them it'd be

1. Miller
2. Jokiharju
3. Montour
4. RIstolainen

DONT TRADE RISTO FOR A ****TY JOSH ANDERSSON DAMMIT!

(Refering to how god aful his year has been)

Risto is worth a 2nd line C at least

The fact that you would trade Jokiharju before Risto or Montour is laughable.
