If there is an 88 million dollar cap, or any cap around 86 million or above, should Vegas try to re sign Lehner, or go after a solid Dman?

100% Lehner. Not often you have the ability to lock up an elite goalie at a young age. We have an opportunity here that nobody saw coming....let's take advantage of it.

I wouldn't be opposed. However, I think if they re seign Lehner I would want them to trade Fleury and free up that cap. As much as it would hurt I think it would be best for the team.

Right. Business decisions can't be influenced by emotion. However we don't have to be in a hurry to move Flower. Imagine losing Lehner to an injury after trading Flower? Patience will pay off...hold on to both for a while until the timing is right. (maybe even a Seattle trade in the summer of 2021)

Seeing as 29 other teams (I've excluded Chicago obviously) would love to have a crack at Lehner I think we have to do whatever we can (within reason) to keep him. Lehner and Fleury together for the short term will be lethal.
