Colorado wont offer sheet Cirelli, they have Kadri already for that 2-way 2C role and Newhook on the way. Plus Sakik wont want to tisk loosing Byram or anyone to a different team over the next 3-4 years. They have too many major contracts coming up

Any team would just offersheet for the lower number to pay a 1st and 3rd.

This is fair. I know that Colorado currently has a ton of cap space so I thought they'd be the perfect team to take this risk.

Tampa wont be matching anything at current state. No matter if its 5.5 or 7 they still will need to move the same amount of guys away
