Description

Barring he makes the team, of course, no need to rush him if he's not ready. Obviously you can sub in Byfield/Stutzle in as well if that's where we pick. I think we're still a bottom five team, we're still lacking a truly elite LW, and don't have any promising future top pairing LD prospects, and we're lacking a future 1A goalie, but this definitely fills some of the holes in the current lineup and is miles ahead of where we are now. Our biggest problem right now, which is lack of a 2C, will be solved. With a future center core of Larkin-Rossi-Veleno I would be pretty happy. Let me your thoughts or things you'd change!

Stutzle will play another year in the DEL, Byfield and Rossi another year junior. But sure one of these player will be a nice addtition for the rebuild

I'm ok with that. Just slot Filppula in the 2C spot like this year and bring up Svech and put him on the 3rd line spot where Fil is now, except flip flop him and Timashov.

Rossi, stutz, byfield sure let's hope it's Lafrenière though. I'm not a griess fan but it's not much different than signing talbot or halak. I'd rather go with Lindstrom or bowey at that 3rd Rd and sign someone for the ld. Nemeth is a 3rd pair guy , cholo is a gamble and dekeyser is fragile.

That's exactly why I signed TVR. There's going to be injuries, that's when we slot in Bowey and bring up Lindstrom. I would let Lindstrom play top minutes in the AHL for a year or until someone gets injured and then call him up full time, kinda like Hronek last year except on a smaller scale. It never hurts to sign another dman.

Signings look about right, I'd be ecstatic with either one of Byfield, Stutzle or Rossi if we strike out on Alexis Lafreniere.

im not set on tvr i just think we need to sign someone back there to steady out the back end
