That's more than a slight discount IMO. Muzzin got 5.6, Faulk got 6.5, Myers got 6. Not saying Hamonic is as good as those guys, but he's a responsible top 4 dman and teams pay a lot for guys like him in free agency. If he takes less than 5 I'd consider that a discount

I think that we should just let roslovic grow into that role. He is already a dominant 3rd line rwer. Hopefully he gets time at c and grows into a 2c role. How’s toy I have no doubt he can be a 2c someday. The only thing to know now is if it’ll be with the jets or with someone else cause Maurice can’t find him the ice time at c.

I left the extra forwards empty so that a depth winger and an experienced d-man can be added but the 2c role should be given to little for now imo. I think that roslovic will grow into that role within 2 years so going out and signing one or trading for one long term isn’t ideal. Nor is really renting one since roslovic won’t get the time at c if they do

Teams overpay in free agency every year. Hamonic will most likely get a contract that starts with a 5 and an extra year...just cause.
Jets should target one of Dillon or Edmundson for the leftside and re-sign Demelo
