I mean if your goal is to make them bad enough to get a top 5 pick in 2021 that's a good start.

This is bad for MN on so many levels. Rask belongs on the 4th line or in the AHL and becomes our 1C here and we trade away our best center prospect along with the pick we hope to draft a 1C...

I can't really say I share your vision. Most of these trades are poor returns for the Wild. The Sharks trade is probably a instant hang up by the Sharks.
