When he was drafted A prospect easily. His value has dropped since then 3 years. In roughly 30 NHL games he has 5 points. At the AHL level 36 games he has 13 points. The guy is no longer an A level prospect. That’s what being in the HABS organization will do to a guy like him.

How can a players who is in is first year of entry level contract are no longer a top prospect. This is absolute bullshat, there’s 14 players drafted in first round in 2017 that have played less game then him. There not a single scout out there that would buy your crap. Poehling is still a kid, he just turned 21. Most of the 2017 draft class are just turn pro this season.

This will be the 100th or more time of me saying this, SAN JOSE WOULD HAVE TO PAY MTL A SIGNIFICANT AMIUNT TO TAKE ON VLASIC. Contract is to long and to expensive for a young team like them to take on.

Habs don't need Vlasic. They already have enough problem with the contracts of Price and Weber.
