Again, from the other thread, I know reading comprehension is hard but I said Killorn would be traded unless Gourde, Johnson or Palat waived, not all of them. Coburn getting bought out or waived is a very real possibility if he won't waive, the others, not so much. Most ppl who know how Tampa works with their players understand how these 3 rfas will be signed, and some of the sacrifices that will be made. For those like you who have no clue and believe they have any realistic chance of keeping Shattenkirk or overpaying Serg and Cirelli based on some other teams inflated #'s, well again, you don't obv know Tampa's organizational structure and philosophy, nor JBB's. When Tampa gets it done again for close to what myself and other real Tampa fans have been saying, we won't be surprised at all and just smile and laugh at all the whining from ppl like you about how unfair it is due to taxes and other nonsense.

Well then your concept does not work at all.

Nah it works just fine, too bad Serg will never play for the Kings, why would he leave a contender for a lottery team with some of the highest taxes for a little more money, answer: he wouldn't. Until we know the cap there's no certainty how much Tampa will have to work with, but if it's 85 or 86 it's all good. At 84 it's a little rougher but still very doable. All of the Tampa doubters have said the same thing over and over, been wrong every time when it comes to contracts.

Actual answer: Because he has no trade protection and no say in where he goes. Not saying LA is a legit destination, but they have the assets to make them an offer they can't refuse.

An offer that will put in a better spot NOW on the ice? No. Tampa isn't interested in giving up their stud RFAs, that are/will be part of this team success, for future pieces that will take 3 years to even get the first taste of NHL.

Again, I'm still waiting for him and now you to break down how they can resign them and still put a contending team on the ice........

It's not really worth it with people like you, since those of us who know the team and what numbers are actually realistic for Tampa's rfa's are numbers that ppl like you think are outrageously low, since you are comparing them to contracts that are overblown and that Tampa really doesn't care about. When the key rfas sign in the ballpark of what myself, Z and others have said on here, we'll just nod and move on, while many will rant about how absurdly low it is. Seen it several times over the past few years, nothing big will change this offseason either.

Exactly.

When they keep them all I'll make sure to mention it in any thread you bother to stop in, until then you can post your exactly all you want. Keep dreaming about Serge at 6+ and Cirelli at 5+, never going to happen since they will be bridged for much less.
