if cerelli is only worth 3.3m$ to team i think he may get like 30 offer sheets for like a few mil more at cost of 1st and 3rd round picks.

Not only is this pretty dumb considering Stamkos and Hedman are injured and Cooper isnt a problem but you didn't really trade any of their core lol. Gourde, palat, Johnsson are secondary players on the team and sergachev is just entering his prime, why trade him?
