With DEL ending prematurely due to the coronavirus, do you think Stutzle's draft ranking will still stay that high?

I'd imagine that it'll drop, as he can't prove himself further...

I think OTT can get a better option for one year than Hainsey. Take on Kris Russel cap hit with an asset after July 1st, sign TVR or move one of the 2nds for a decent RHD. D would look like:

Chabot- Russel/TVR/New RHD
Brannstrom -Zaitsev
Boro - Wolanin
Reilly

I guess, in a sense, that his stock will drop. But so will the rest of European players in the top 10. Amateur Scouts are cancelling all air travel everywhere.

I do think he's made enough of an impact to be considered top 3-5.

Hainsey brings a lot more off the ice than on, IMO. He's the team dad and with Ryan gone for most of the year, they leaned on him heavy for off veteran ice support.

Russell also has the wonderful M-NTC attached to his contract which is basically a Canadian team death sentence.

Im just hoping the season ends before they cancel any games. I dont want them to shutdown the season now and then do a brand new lottery with all 31 teams having equal chances

Russel could come to OTT for a more prominent role in a contract year which he wont get on many other teams. I think Hainsey has done his job showing his leadership and the Sens need to move on. He just isnt a good player anymore. If he wanted to join the coaching staff I would be very for that

Drafting Drysdale would destroy the rebuild, they need elite forward players not more D, Sens should not do what the leafs and oilers did and stack one position to the detriment of 2 others......Draft a D with the NYI pick or OTT first 2nd if they want a D not in the top 10...
