Is this team supposed to be better? You've created two lines who are going to have a very hard time scoring and your right D side is not very good (keep Dermott if that's your best upgrade) . If this is what the Leafs look like next year, they are in big trouble.

I think you misclicked on Nutivaara when you were looking for someone really good in that CBJ trade. He is a bottom pair Dman. 15 minutes a night, absolutely not Rielly's future partner that you drastically overpay for. An article I found talks about how CBJ would be looking to get rid of him due to clear regression this year...

Traded for 2 bottom pair defensemen, and re-signed Ceci!

You and I went over this on a different thread, it's a fair offer and both teams look long and hard it

I didn't miss click, I try not to judge a player based on a single season, I do agree that Columbus should be adding I do not have a mass amount of knowledge on CBJs prospect pipe line and who they'd feel comfortable adding, Kerfoot has also regressed some from previous years, I'm not interested in 1 year of Savard

Think you would to me... the value seems fair.

Arizona is set on RD prospects, by the time Liljegren can make the jump so can Soderstrom. They are also quite comfortable on wingers (especially if they resign Hall). They have Kessel, Keller, Garland, Schmaltz, and Burke. What they really lack is center depth. Hayton might be top 6 ready next year but Dvorak is currently the best center they have. To put it simply Arizona is not in a state where they can afford to loose him without getting a replacement 1/2C

They won't be getting Hall signed, Kessel is a 6 million dollar anchor, Schmaltz is a C, Keller has played C, Stepan is a C they're fine at C, Demers Hjarljdhdjson are both out the door with in a season, they'll want competition at RD despite the belief that are a playoff contender their closer to a re tool slash continued Build than playing hockey past the first week of March
