Isles prob wouldn't want to retain to leave as much $ open for our own FAs as possible. You could change the 2nd to a 3rd (no retention) and they prob still accept

$5.5M for a guy who would prob be your LD2 isn't that unreasonable at all. And in your post you would still have $3.5M in space if you took the whole contract.

I'm talking about real cash...but next year is going to be a tight...We have 5 FA...

Isles won't retain on Leddy, but it's not a bad offer at no retention.
