He said he wouldn’t for a rental. And even if Hall wanted to return to Edmonton just sign him in the offseason and save your first. And imo Brown is a better option than Hall. Cheaper, can play LW or RW, plays on the PK and has a history or playing well with McDavid. Sure he may not have the ability that hall does but he can still put up decent numbers.

Nobody trades a 1st + a 3rd + a decent prospect for a career 3rd liner. If that ware the case, trade Kassian already!
