laugh laugh Good luck convincing yourself that Cirelli and Sergachev will accept 1 x 3 offers? Teams will've a boatload of money to spend. Cough Detroit Cough Detroit and could offer sheet much higher. Doubt either Cirelli or Sergachev take anything less then 2 x 4.5 or 3 x 4.5 at the very least.

4.5 for both Serg and Cirelli could be the plan on a 2 or 3 year bridge, wouldn't be surprised. They won't be signing an offer sheet though, and esp not with Detroit, who won't be a contender for several years.

Actually that's Cernak's current value for a bridge deal. Maybe 2.5M if he really wants it

if you are going to make an assumption with COVID-19 in how you sign players you should also apply it to your cap.

Most projections now is that they hope they can keep the cap flat. so that would totally mess everything you have.

I was thinking 2.5-3 was what he would ask for. 2 is to little

This is fair. He's also a trade candidate if the cap crunch gets bad

I didn't really think about this, but you're right. I could see the cap going up sightly though, maybe $82-82.5

Yeah but we'd want a good prospect and a pick. I actually think they'd use him as a trade chip to get rid of a larger contract (ex. Johnson, Palat, Gourde)

I'm sure Liljegren isn't bad + a second wouldn't be bad. If there is a buyout per team well take Cernak along with one of the three
