Good signing. Played mostly on a matchup line for UND. Not a star, but an important part of their success. Good leader for the team as well.

Out of all the NCAA free agents I like his game the best, don't know why but he seems to have the highest chance of making the NHL.

The penguins have a prospect on ND so I actually have seen a few of their games.
I've seen this kid play. But to give you an idea on ND, they kind of had a very sneaky team. They had a lot of how should we say above average sized guys. The penguins prospect there Caulfield is 6'4 , this guy is 6'3 and there are a few other players in that 6'3-6'5 range.,
So they played this real weird sort of smash and grind and then pop you with some 5'9 guy with tons of speed slipped in kind of style.

It will be interesting to see how this guy works in Nashville. Which isn't really known as a smash and grind team and I'm not sure they got the guys there who can play that game with him.

My blind a** legit thought this said “Craig Smith” and that he was re-signing for practically nothing. Lol
