I thought highly of Lockwood when he was drafted and expected him to go earlier than he did. His career at Michigan hasn't been a disappointment. He has a good chance of having a useful NHL career.

Come on he is great defensively but his scoring potential is a bit lacking even for NCAA.

Either way this signing is good on VAN.
They signed a NCAA seniors who could have gone FA. That's a good job by management and shows they can build trust and communication with it's NCAA players.
