If he was that great he'd have been way better this year... He skates great but beside that he doesn't have anything elite while not being solid defensively

17 and 18 year olds hardly get a chance to play in the top Euro Elite leagues...Yes he only has 7 points in 20 some games but he is also has a solid (+/-). Not sure where you are getting your stats from.

If you take his stats, its basically like saying that VCR pick from last year should be 100th ranked as he only has 8 points in Russia in 30 some games.
