Would WSH be interested in Allen to be a partner with Samsonov for a year? Blues would probably be looking for a pick/prospect coming back.

I doubt it, at the salary he'd be owed. We're really going to be in a cap bind this offseason, and given some of the UFA goalies out there, I don't think moving an asset for Allen makes a lot of sense. If we were swimming with prospect and draft capital, than maybe it gets looked into a bit.
