Leafs would need an immediate RHD in a top four role if they move any of the big four. So they would say no. Even though I think the value Is fair.

Not a chance on the Habs deal.....We don’t want Zadorov he’s not the type of D man we need, and we’re sure not giving up Drouin for him.

Toronto could easily afford Makar lul if you are asking for Nylander than Makar is the price for him if Zadorov or any lesser defenseman in colorado was offered dubas would hang up.

Zadorov would be in the leafs top 4, and he brings the physicality that is sorely needed in Toronto.. also I would say no to the trade on the table, nylander is good but kaut has the defensive side of the game already and timmins is going to be a top 4 dman in the league
