If there is a buyout. Then I believe we have an actually shot at winning something. If not then I am leaning towards a quick 1 year rebuild/reload.

Why is Markstrom becoming a ufa? Also why would Anahiem do that they are gonna be to close to the minimum

It's possible that they do though. With demko coming up, they wouldn't have to pay a slightly above average goalie.

They can sign Markstrom to a bridge deal. If Demko is a starter then they will let him go

I was doing the compliance buyout and It wouldn’t let me just delete the contract.

Retaining Salary to with their rivalries. So your saying since they are rebuilding they should trade one of their best young players? Usually you would trade guys on expiring contracts or past their prime
