I'd move JBD down, maybe Lajoie up... I feel like they should have more top 6/4 specs than they do RN lol

JBD has top pairing potential imo. But that’s just me. Also I was going to put Lajoie a tier up but idk we are pretty loaded at LHD and Idk where he’s going to fit in

Yeah I could see him getting buried on this team, probably becomes like a McKeown in CAR, should probably be in the NHL, just not as good as everyone ahead of him

I don’t think he was. He was always a long shot. At best he was always a C+ prospect but was never projected to play anywhere other than the 4th line

I don’t agree at all. They both are at a higher than a PPG in the AHL and Batherson started to light it up in the NHL before the stoppage. Norris next season is going to have the season Suzuki is having this season

batherson idk as much abt

60-70 point centre IS a 1st line center imo. You can be a 1st line center without being that franchise level talent like McKinnon, McDavid etc.

I think ideally you would have that star C above a guy like Norris or Suzuki, but I think both are capable of driving a top line at the NHL level.

As far as Batherson is concerned, he reminds me a lot of Mark Stone. That quasi power forward with elite vision and passing ability. I think he's going to be a 1st liner in the NHL.
