As bad as Parise contract is, he is still a far better player than Ladd.

You might be better off trying to buyout Ladd and then trade Boychuk considering it's 2 years left. Something tells me that's an easier sell.

Isles can add whatever they want. We know a trade was in the works around ladd/parise. Also, Min can just use a compliance buyout on ladd after the ttrase, essentially getting a 2nd + for nothing.

If he gets more, then he gets more. I personally don't think so seeing that aho makes 8.5 (granted it was due to an offer sheet and montreal did then a favor).
