I honestly wouldn't pay much at all for him. He's one of my favorite players but I don't see the Jets paying 1/8 of their payroll on a second line centre. I can't see Chicago retaining salary for 3 years which would be the only way the Jets should entertain a deal.

Still not worth his contract and production on the ice. Love what he brings as a mentor and leader but the cap is stagnant and cap space is the new asset. Tangibles be damned
