This lineup doesn’t have KK, Poehling or whoever we draft this year. I think we need to move on from Tatar as he would have great value right now and we have good pieces coming up to replace him.

But we have no one better than Tatar in the pipeline for the next 3 years, no 1st LW.

Poeling isnt a top 6, KK maybe. No drafted players in the next 2 years will be top 6 anytime soon.

I disagree with that, next season we may be a bit weak but there’s a good chance who we draft this season will be top 6 good in 2021. We will have strong forwards, what we need is a solid RHD and If all possible I’d move Tatar to get it.

1. Sincerely, this team, if everyone stays healthy, has really good chances of doing the playoffs. Drouin showed excellent moments at the start of the season (beofre his injury), and Suzuki will only be better. Caufield is more a question mark, but he could be a pretty nice surprise.
2. I can't wait to see Romanov in MTL, we've waited so much for him. Though, I still think our left side is a little weak. I could see a trade including Domi to improve our defense.
3. I sincerely think that Danault, if he has a great season next year, and if he is in the discussions for the Selke, will ask a lot more than what you give him. His new contract may be closer to 8mil in my opinion.
