This is pretty much Perfect!
Chara will take less, and Moore can get you a 4th.
and arguably Debrusk and Griz can get a little more (for these bridge deals I would say closer to 4 mil)

BUTTTTT, This is really really good!

Any way to get Dell at a shorter term? Bruins got a few good young goalies coming up.

This is pretty good. Nothing exciting, but that’s probably where the bruins are at. I would just say flip Krejci and Coyle, and figure out a different back up situation. No interest in dell, and i feel like that price tag is a high high end back up goalie.

Why not? He aint making any other roster, might as well give him a two-way deal and see if he can smarten up training with his brother

Not to mention he is an RFA so there is not loss in offering him a deal. If someone offers him a one-way deal, bruins just dont match.

one could make the argument DeBrusk cracks 30 goals his second year if he plays all 82 games.
I think he gets more than that because he has potential to output more.

Chara on the other hand. I don't see why he comes back or why Boston brings him back.
He's done as a player. He's too slow to keep up.

First, I don't know if you watch Bruins games or did watch Ritchie.

He is useless. He can't skate. Out of position or can't keep it up with his teammates. The game in WSH was a " Ritchie type game ", a physical game. He did NOTHING. He is probably a good person but play at NHL level, he can't.

" He aint making any other roster " So why would the best team in the league sign him??

Anyways, Bruins won't re-sign him so I can live in peace

That was last year. He can get 30, we know but he hasn't yet. On pace for 24 this year. Biggest problem this year is that he's been inconsistent and that sucks, but for his contract, Bruins could get him for less because of that. Yes, I would prefer to see him with 30G and pay him but that's not the case, currently.

Chara, because he wants to come back and he can still play well defensively

Chara can't play well defensively, he is constantly beat to the puck in a dump in. They relied heavily on the other defense man to grab the puck when it enters in the zone on his side.
He can't move. Teams know he can't they constantly attack him when dumping it in, that was show cased last year in the playoffs, it won't be any different now. He's 43, he should hang it up if not Boston should show him the door. He does more harm than good now. Putting him out there is basically going 5 on 4.

As for DeBrusk, most young players are inconsistent. But he's shown enough that he can get there. He'll get paid for it. Guys with 30 goal potential make more than guys with 20 goal potential.
That contract above is for a guy with 20 goal potential.

It's a bridge deal for DeBrusk.

Disagree for Chara. He is still effective on the PK and when defending a lead. Dump in, it's normal, opponents are faster.
