Vegas can't afford DeAngelo, They don't have the cap for him. Larry Brooks already speculated that DeAngelo could command around $6 million per on a new deal. Vegas doesn't have the cap. They are in no better shape then either Tampa or Toronto cap wise.

If they use a CBO on stasny which I’ve seen many fans do they have enough. Also Larry brooks has a stick up his ass most of the time he’ll end up getting around 5.5 for 5 years
