As a blackhawks fan I do that trade any day of the week. I feel like it would have to be the 2020 1st instead of the 2021, cuz with Kucherov thats gonna be a late 1st
EDIT : And I get that its for cap purposes that Tampa would do this trade, but I still feel like theres a lot more they would need to get back to actually move him

No because Nikita Kucerov is already better then Alex Debrincat No way Tampa does this trade.

No. The Hawks won't become good until they get a better defense so the pick will likely be a lottery pick. Also, sign Kubalik and Strome to prove it deals before signing them long-term

What a fun thought to trade for Kucherov. In reality TB isn't in that much of cap trouble that they'd trade him away of course.
Now, would Tyler Johnson be available with his $5M cap hit, possibly for a D on entry level contract, 1st rd pick, and another piece?

That’d be a heavy overpayment. If Tampa is desperate to keep their young players, TJ wouldn’t cost more than a 2nd
