Why would Minny give a potential first liner (an amazing scorer like Panarin) for an overpayed player a b+ prospect and a late first and second

I know it's for fun but it would have to be for Necas and possibly more if we traded him

I understand completely, caught a few Canes games this year and he looked like a stud every time he stepped onto the ice. It would just take an overpayment to get Kaprizov, and IMO it starts with Necas.
