Columbus isn’t moving both Murray and Nuttivaara... also Detroit would be dumb to move Cholowski as he’s younger and should be part of this rebuild.

I think both is a pipe dream but Murray could be a real option (or go the Free Agency route). Correct me if I am wrong here but apparently Detroit isn't too happy with Cholowski's development, his offensive numbers are there but defensively not so much. I agree that Detroit should be keeping their younger players/prospects for this rebuild but he seems to be someone they would move for the right deal.

I’m not too sure about the Detroit side of things. I saw cholowski play in juniors and I’ve always though he was a solid two way player. Guess the defensive side hasn’t translated to the NHL but I also think it’s too early to give up on him. Most defenseman take longer to develop into solid NHL players longer then it takes forwards.
