Ludvig was one of those picks that nearly every scout was laughing about in last year's draft, but funnily enough he's really stepped up his game in juniors since then to justify his high-3rd round slot, to the point that he became a PPG defenseman in his age-19 year. I'm interested to see what the Florida scouts and computer boys saw in him that we (and others) didn't see.

Not sure just yet. He certainly is one of the bigger surprises relative to the complete lack of hype on him, both from the scouting and analytical world.
