I know, but that doesn't eliminate his cap for 4 full years. It might if he truly medically unfit for that time period, but teams can't just "hope" a player is on LTIR forever.

If Chevy was that excited about Hamilton, I’m sure he would have drafted him when he had the chance, scheifele/ coutiere/ Hamilton all sitting there
