Welcome to CapFriendly! I see that this is your first effort.

I would be shocked if Taylor Hall got less than $9 million from whoever signs him.

Trocheck for Silfverberg is only a lateral move. We'll stick with Jakob.

We don't need De La Rose, even temporarily, with our depth at center, which is where Sam Steel plays.

Maxime Comtois, Max Jones and Nic Des Lauriers all play LW, so we're not in the market for Marcus Foligno.

The Islanders aren't trading Ryan Pulock to us for that. Wish they would.

Why would Montreal buy Ryan Kesler's LTIR contract?

Islanders hang up. No team is giving you assets for Backes or Kesler. Minnesota seems like they want to compete so it wouldn't make sense for them to downgrade for the benefit of a 3rd. Florida has a decent right side, can't see them wanting to add Gudbranson. Carolina also just added Trocheck; seems unlikely that they would want to trade him away so soon, but the trade isn't horrible.

first, sam steel is known for his offense and not being a fourth line guy who brings energy and de la rose brings some defensive awareness to that line , second silfverberg had a great season so far which brings his value up which beleivable to make that trade and lastly foligno will only add some toughness to that line and some points so before you came and analyse my team, look at it closely and ask yourself questions.

thank you

Before I analyse YOUR team from the vantage point of only 45 years following hockey I should ask myself some questions?!?!?!? Are you kidding?

It's not YOUR team, it's MY team, and I know it better than you know any of the 7 teams involved in this post.

Here' a question I'm asking myself: should I ever extend courtesy or credibility to you ever again?

I think you just realized that some of my trades and moves were right and that some of the actions I did were credible, instead of arguing my facts, you just insulted my hockey knowledge, Ibelieve that you are the one who has misinterpretation of certain players roles on a team and where they fit to make a team win

Yeah, my team, the team I've had season tickets to for 15 years. How many Canadiens games have you seen in person your entire life?

The two of you make a lovely couple. Always good to see a pair of equal intelligence.

Some of your trades were right? Not a single one was close to reasonable, including the offer sheet to De La Rose. The worst was the Montreal trade, which is absurd from Montreal's perspective.

your wrong, all the trades are very reasonable and fair from both teams' perspective and Kesler might be coming back from injury one day and Montreal needs some depth centermen and doesn't forget that I retained part of his salary and the de la rose offer sheet was very reasonable. I think you don't know how to manage a team and put players in the right spot and you can't admit it

good for you, it's nice seeing you spend all that money for a team that barely makes it to the playoff once every five years but its your choice
