"Best offseason" and "signed Mark Pysyk for $2.9M" don't rhyme.

And there's no way Buffalo is going to be willing to pay US $11.5M for McLeod and a future late 2nd.

Unless the Lightning are offering $6.3M+, it's worth it for Cirelli to sign this deal. And if he does, can TBL afford to match? The taxes are irrelevant in this context.

Besides, Cirelli is Canadian.

Sabres wouldnt buy out neal becuase they would either buy out skinner or opsoko . Overpaid AA, plus i dont think tampa will let go of cirelli
