Description

The Colorado Avalanche shouldn't sign players for to long or they will be in cap hell trying to sign Landeskog, Mackinnon, Makar Ect.
I decided to sign Hoffman to a one year deal so when the market goes up next year, he can go to another team and get paid big money

As nice as it'd be for any team, highly doubtful Hall signs a one year deal anywhere

Hall could probably get $9mil+ x 7 yrs from some team, but Hoffman wouldn't be seeing that kind of money with long term, so if you greatly overpaid for just one year, I could see it happening.

Personally I think Dadanov would be a far better fit on this team. He would cost less and a few of these guys who work for the stats companies like Clearsight, Sportlogiq and some others say hes the best off the rush in the league. The best at attacking and creating chances. I always thought it would be McDavid or MacKinnon but its him.

A team with MacKinnon, dadanov, kadri, rantanen and the defense they have would be absolutely terrifying in transition and off the rush

If you are looking ahead at upcoming contracts I think you get away from Burakovsky/trade his rights rather than hand out that contract

you will have 30 million plus the cap increase after the upcoming season.
