Even as a rental, that's not enough for Hamilton.

Anaheim laugh And you can't use a compliance buyout on a player that's on career ending LTIR. So Kesler can't be bought out.

Lol you have not watched Hamilton. If he didn't play with Slavin he wouldn't be as good

are you kidding me? Ive been watching Hamilton since he was an ice dog and was absolutely gutted when he ended up a bruin. He's an incredible 2 way defender who is able to cheat a bit more because he's paired with a guy who is only good (and very good) at defence. He's always been a good 2 way defender, and he's only gotten better because he's basically at peak performance age now.
I suggest you watch him a little more and figure out what the hell you're on about before you throw around crap like that

I mean he hasn't played at all this year and the earliest he can start skating is around Jan of 2021 iirc... So he technically could come back, but with the level he was playing at before the injury, and the amount of time he's been off, it's gonna take a long time for him to get back to playing shape, at his age it's almost a guarentee he's done for his career (and yes Dougie is elite)

Hamilton is so much better than Slavin... If he wouldn't have gotten hit this yr he would have deserved the Norris on a landslide

Lmao you don't make sense. He plays good cause he plays with Slavin! He is not responsible on defense and just knows how to produce on offense.
Anyways if he was that good then the leafs would have traded him a long time ago

well yeah, obviously recovery plays a big part, but they way medical science has advanced dudes are bouncing back pretty well from his leg. Plus it seems from what i can find that it was just a broken bone with no ligament or muscle damage. He should be fine, especially now that there is no rush to get back on the ice. And he's only 26, he should have no trouble healing and getting back to the level he was at unless there are complications.

yeah, you've never watched him play a game in your life. Heck, it sounds like you've even skipped the games he played against the Leafs.

I was talking about Kesler's injury, not Dougie's... Yeah, he'll be fine (hopefully) lol... When you said no he really isn't, I thought you meant Kesler on LTIR
