Do YOU have the balls to make these trades

Created by: Falbert_Dong
Team: 2019-20 Montreal Canadiens
Initial Creation Date: Apr. 3, 2020
Published: Apr. 3, 2020
Salary Cap Mode: Basic
Trades
1.
MTL
  1. Barré-Boulet, Alex
  2. Foote, Cal
  3. Paquette, Cédric
  4. Point, Brayden
Additional Details:
Montreal gets some home town kids with nice ceilings from the QC side to please les habitants. AND MTL FINALLY GETS THE 1ST LINE CENTRE SINCE IN THE SAME MOLD AS FORMER STAR SAKU KOIVU
TBL
  1. Suzuki, Nick
  2. Tatar, Tomas
  3. 2020 2nd round pick (CHI)
  4. 2020 2nd round pick (MTL)
  5. 2022 1st round pick (MTL)
Additional Details:
This is a big package to give but we need those players, and Tampa bays window is closing it might be time to rebuild to be honest. Suzuki was a 1st rd pic, tatar would probaly fetch 2 firsts at minimum, + the picks we're giving... its like trading 4 1sts + 2 2nd round picks for the TBAY package. Honestly most likely overpayment but we must give to get
2.
MTL
  1. Dubois, Pierre-Luc
  2. Fortier, Maxime
Additional Details:
BAM! Now MTL has not only ONE but we have TWO 1st line centres and this one can speak French so he will probably be our captain and play 1st line over Point.
CBJ
  1. Kotkaniemi, Jesperi
  2. 2021 1st round pick (MTL)
Additional Details:
Another big package to pay as Jesperi was a recent 3rd overall pick and has 90 point+ potential but we need to win now especially after the Tampa Bay trade. And we give a 1st as a sweetener so now they CANT say no
3.
MTL
  1. Kakko, Kaapo
  2. 2020 3rd round pick (NYR)
  3. 2021 2nd round pick (NYR)
Additional Details:
Honestly this guy is a bust be he still has some potential. Rangers do this because they realize Kaapo aint working, and like the booming shot and speed Caufield has. Imagine Panarin setting up Caufield. Before the goalie realizes where the puck is, the puck will already be in the net since Caufields shot is second to maybe only Auston Matthews. But Matthews is sort of a cheater since he does that curl and drag shot which is deceptive, so i'd tie Caufield and Matthews as #1 best wrister/snapper in the world
NYR
    Cole Caufield
    4.
    MTL
    1. 2020 2nd round pick (TOR)
    2. 2021 1st round pick (TOR)
    Additional Details:
Toronto needs defenceman this one is self explanatory
    5.
    MTL
    1. Pietrangelo, Alex
    2. 2020 1st round pick (STL)
    Additional Details:
Lets be honest here, Pietrangelo is leaving.. at least they get a star defenceman with 7 years left on this contract. They know Weber wont leave for at LEAST 7 years. Blues add a first because Pietrangelo leaving anyways so its like trading only a 1st for Weber
    STL
    1. Weber, Shea
    2. 2021 1st round pick (TOR)
    6.
    MTL
    1. Huberdeau, Jonathan
    Additional Details:
Final piece to the puzzle. Huberdeau is tired of losing and wants to come home and win a stanley cup with his childhood fave team.
    FLA
    1. Domi, Max
    2. Gallagher, Brendan
    3. 2021 2nd round pick (NYR)
    4. 2022 2nd round pick (MTL)
    Additional Details:
Sorry fellow habs fans, i know this is a lot but we need Huberdeau to win the cup. We are CANADA'S only hope
    7.
    MTL
    1. Getzlaf, Ryan
    2. Manson, Josh
    Additional Details:
Anaheim gets rids of that albatross contract in Getzlaf, but gives up Manson in the crossfire. They still have Cam Fowler so theyll survive
    ANA
    1. Armia, Joel
    2. Byron, Paul
    3. Fleury, Cale
    4. Juulsen, Noah
    5. 2020 2nd round pick (STL)
    6. 2020 2nd round pick (TOR)
    7. 2020 3rd round pick (MTL)
    8. 2020 3rd round pick (NYR)
    9. 2021 2nd round pick (MTL)

    Kakko is a bust?

Do you know how many 18 years old players have made the Nhl actually. Just playing in Nhl at 18 is a accomplishment in fact. So before saying that he is a bust just wait till he become a man.

Only reason Tampa would trade Point is for needed cap relief. This trade doesn't do it.
Leafs like so many teams are up against the cap. Foolish to think the Leafs want two of those players and their cap or even Petry at 5.5.m can be done.
Why is Montreal trading for UFA Pietrangelo? Gotta believe Blues prefer 7.8m cap space instead of Weber.
