Nope not really, look again. D doesn’t suck, these are the most underrated d-men in the league

It's a contender this year but it'll have to torn apart when raises to Pageau and Vasi and raises to that D-Corps.

its an underrated d core but theres not a single guy thats a top pairing guy. their best D is Weegar. when pens won the cup in 2017 they had an "underrated D" that personally I didnt even believe was good enough for a cup, and that D core was better than this

Agreed, but yeah, my only concern would be about not having a top pair D in that group. They are all excellent top4 D tho

Get Getzlaf and Pavelski off the team and you can add at least one top pair D

I think he’s recognized as a solid top 4D. He’s a solid #3 D man right now with room to be a #2.

He really isnt though, not even close. The three isles defensemen are benefiting greatly from Trotz's system. You take them out of there and put them on a new team and they dont look great at all. Pelech is good but hes more of a 3-4. Mayfield is a 5th defenseman.
