As an outsider who sees your team play less than a dozen times per year, the only observation I feel competent to make is that I'd be nervous about discarding 3/7 of the third/fourth-best defense in the League.

D core needs a big shake up. They were horrible this season. They're old, injury prone and slow. The new players I feel would be good for a shakeup, that and Lyubushkin is actually good

Well, all I can say to that is I wish our team had given up half a goal a game less than what they did. You haven't lived until you've seen Michael Del Zotto on his off side on the #1 power play trying to stop a hard-around clearing attempt with his backhand.
