They can cross that bridge when they get there. I’d rather role with Murray/Jarry next season and trade either one before the expansion draft. Pens botched the fleury deal. Rutherford had a deal in place when fleury was struggling that Pittsburgh would send a 2nd to Vegas if they select Fleury. Fleury then went on an ABSOLUTE role in the playoffs. Rutherford had a gentlemen’s agreement, can’t go back on that

They had to bring up playoff statistics and probabilities this year. The PENS are pretty much done unless they make drastic moves. Moving Geno is their only common sense move. Geno to CAR makes sense, maybe to LAK. I'd go CAL for Ryan, kylington and Yelesin al day long.

Geno was having a monster year LOL that would be a major mistake. Pens are still contenders. All they need is some small tweaks.

And that is why you trade your second best star who is over 32 when your team is bereft of talent.
