I like it from the Ducks stand point. I would rearrange a few things in the line up though. Not sure Boston would be willing to move both Spooner and Vatrano. I think it is fair value but I value Fowler most than most and Vatrano is one of the reasons they could probably move Spooner. It would be similar to the Ducks moving Fowler and Theodore in a trade for Duchane just as an example IMO. I think Vatrano is the most likely candidate to replace Spooner if he was traded. All that being said this is what I would do with the lines:
    Ritchie-Getzlaf-Perry
    Cogs-Kesler-Silf
    Vatrano-Spooner-Rakell
    Garbutt-Wagner-Raymond
Boll is extra. I think you're D pairs are likely optimized.

Yeah that's why I wanted to include a young promising LW in the deal as well, but I agree it may not be what they're looking for since they're both young LW/C on ELCs.

And I actually had the same top 9, I just switched it to give the 3rd line a bit of a more sound 2 way player in cogs so they'd have some balance and let Ritchie progress against lower pairing defenders for one more year, since Spooner seems more NHL ready. Both would be great to see

That's total garbage for Fowler, Detroit would offer Tatar+Sheahan for Fowler and that would help Anaheim more then this garbage.

Those guys also collectively cost like 2.5 times as much. Ducks need cheap. While Tatar is a nice asset and would fit easily I don't see a spot for Sheahan. From what I gather he is a prototypical 3rd line checking center. Not a bad player by any means but we already have a checking center. His name is Ryan Kesler. Spooner and Tatar are probably similar in value. Spooner is younger a bit less proven but also a center. So you're looking at Vatrano vs Sheahan. Vatrano just destroyed the AHL this last season. He had 55 points in 36 games. That is a lot of offensive upside which the Ducks really need. If you want to talk Tatar and Mantha for Fowler, I am sure the Ducks are all ears.

The only thing garbage about the deal is your post on it. Before commenting, maybe do some research. Sheahan has gone backwards since coming into the league, and is proving to be nothing more than a 3rd line checking forward. Tatar is a good player, but between Spooner and Tatar, it's a wash. Spooner also plays center (a more important position).

Vatrano is a scoring winger with speed. His shot is unreal, and he's proven to score at every level, thus far. While he didn't set the world on fire at the NHL level, point wise, he proved he can play in the league, and once he gets his feet wet, will prove to be a solid top 9 scoring forward. Tatar didn't really set the world on fire his few seasons in the league. He progressed; something Vatrano should do as well.

Far from garbage...... Laughable post on your part.

Right dude you had better check again Sheahan and Spooner's numbers are similar plus Sheahan is 6'4 while Spooner is 5'10 same height as Tatar and Anaheim wants bigger players not smaller. How are Tatar and Spooner as wash when Tatar has scored 2 times as much as Spooner and Tatar is the far better player. The Tatar+Sheahan deal is still far better then Spooner be include.
