There's something there in my opinion. It would have to be somebody other than Virtanen, but Miller is a decent fill for Tanev if he walks.

RHD are difficult to find, but the thing with Miller is that two other teams have already given up on him and he hasn't played well with his third.

VGK didn't give up on him, they had no cap room to keep him.

Okay, but the main point is still the same. He hasn't been great in Buffalo

I think there are grounds here, Vancouver is deep on LD and pretty shallow on RD if Tanev goes, Miller rebounded the second half of the year.

I don't watch him as closely so you might be right. He's averaging 17 mpg down from 19 from previous seasons. Not a good sign on that under performing team.
