Actually yeah florida would be a great target for Strome, just adjust the price to be more realistic.

Two problems otherwise:
1. There is absolutely no chance the cap is this high
2. The ownership wanted a 10M cap cut, which was applicable to the 84M cap, so you need to try and be around 75M cap.
