Description
Guys a sniper, Lou would be praised, and he wanted to come to NYI u can tell by the contract.
Question is who woulden't want this powerhouse of a player.
he is only 27 and will have a bounce back year, and he will score 30/ close to 27 to be fair :)
and lastly he is an amazing playoff performer those 4 games he played... Quick should have just left the net empty and relaxed in the locker room. Because nobody stopping his defensive game(HE IS SUPER INTIMIDATING).
oh, and also have you seen that shot on Edmonton PURE GOAL SCORER.

Hopefully he would score at least 10-12 goals so Islanders would make the playoffs. (I hope you get the reference)

Wahlstrom led the islanders in xGF% in his first 5 games. He had about 4 or 5 unbelievable individual efforts, but he couldn’t convert. Then he had one bad turnover which resulted in him getting demoted to the 4th line and once his 9 games were up, back to Bridgeport.

Maybe he needs more time, but doesn’t seem like Trotz appreciated his talent.

Wahlstrom was their best player for 3 out of the first 5 games, but trotz has a ridiculous standard for rookies

You can never have enough grinders in the lineup.

Not a matter of that. Boston College didn't properly develop his game away from the puck and that won't hand him top 6 minutes in the main squad. Another reason he went back down was to avoid burning an ELC year.
