they will. Otherwise, they will not play. I put the salary cap like it is right now, but with the corona situation, the salary cap will really probably be lower than that.

when Engvall sign at this price, the league was running. Now with the situation, a lot of player will have less money than they wanted and probably sign like 1 year or 2. Because I seriously doubt that the salary cap will increase. If the salary cap increase, Mykheyev and Dermott will touch many more $, but if the salary stay like this or drop, leafs can't pay them more than like 1-1,5M maximum.

ok if you say so but I disagree.....we are close on Mikheyev….I figure he gets 1,25 to 1.5 for 1 year....Dubas was by his bedside for 3 days so I doubt he is gonna low ball him,the extras Leafs do was apparently why Barabanov signed.....as for Dermott I say he will be looking for anywhere from 1.8 to 2.5 a year...definitely think Johnsson and perhaps even Kerfoot will have to be moved
