Considering Bergevin hung up whenever he heard Primeau, he’s hanging up as soon as he hears Primeau

Just a thought if I was Oilers GM, I think and i could be the minority here, but Nuge is more important than DeBrincat for the reason if the one of the top 2 Oilers centers go down in injury, Nuge can slide right in to fill that position. So i would be wary to make this trade even though I love DeBrincat

habs are not ready to forfeit their future goalie, byt perhaps we can swap primeau for a second if you want and the deal is done. Strome with Drouin could be somethin or even with Perfetti or Caufield

My thinking is Rnh might not resign with oilers CAT is signed for 4 more years plus they get younger holding the window to win open longer . Hawks window is closing JT and KANE are amazing talents but are in there thirties

My thinking is Nuge is going to retire an Oiler. Even more so than McDavid and Drai. He will be the oilers highest man game player in history. Oilers fans would revolt if Nuge left.

6 X 10.5 million left on Prices contract . The habs future goalie will be 27 yrs old by then . Habs get a potential top 2 FRENCH Quebec born dman who is ready to make the jump plus a 6 ft 4 , 23 yr old center ( they need size up front they have 7 players under 6ft tall ) . This trade fills there 2 biggest needs . Goaltending is not there problem

Habs and Price will agree on an unprotection for expansion draft which mean that Carey will lift his NMC ... We are done with him. Seattle will gladly benefit the FLEURY effect of Vegas for having Price so we can completely rebuild with Primeau and McNiven been our future.

That trade you have the habs giving up more. Strome is really the only thing to write home there

Primeau looks like he’s going to be an elite goal tender in the future who will take over after price. Why on earth would you trade away your starter of the future? Do you seriously think Price will stay like he was for the next six years? He wasn’t even good this year, what says he even gets better.
