Great to see that the Islanders and Rangers finished with the top 2 spots in the Metro. That was an awesome 14-game winning streak to end the season for the Islanders. Also, 12 straight wins for the Rangers. I hope they play each other in the 2nd round.

I can't wait to watch the battle of Alberta in round 1. That's the series I'm most excited to watch.

My Stanley Cup pick is probably New Jersey. That was shocking to see them finish the season 11-0-2, only losing to the Islanders. I didn't think 92 points would be enough to make the playoffs in the East but with how bad Pittsburgh played they were able to get in as the 2nd WC. It'll be hard to beat the Tampa Bay in round 1 (especially after the Lightning's great finish to the season), but i'm picking New Jersey to win it all based on how they've been playing lately ...

Of course it's Boston and Toronto again ... i'm picking Boston in 7.

Anyway, it's Wednesday, April 8th, the day we've all been waiting for.
